Gold cartridges undergo triple WFI washing, siliconisation and 280°C depyrogenation before controlled-cleanroom handling and robotic packing. Each pouch contains one cartridge and a separate washed plunger before terminal EO sterilisation and aeration. Gold caps and grey gaskets identify the Gold tier.

The manufacturer-issued inspection report for batch KK251001 records sterility as qualified, bacterial endotoxin as qualified against the stated <0.125 EU/mL criterion, and EO residue as not detected. These findings apply only to batch KK251001.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION:
While the plunger and cartridge are still inside the sterilised pouch, use your thumbs to position the plunger in the open end of the cartridge, then press it firmly into place.
