GreyDepot supplies the products described on this storefront in Australia. Product specifications and compatibility information are provided for identification and purchasing decisions.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation and our acceptance. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payment instructions and the exact amount shown at checkout must be followed for an order to be confirmed.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Tracking is supplied where available; some fulfilled orders may be shipped without tracking.
Returns and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us with the order details so we can assess an appropriate remedy. Change-of-mind requests are considered case by case, particularly where sterile packaging has been opened.
Acceptable use
You must use the storefront lawfully and must not interfere with its security, misuse checkout or payment systems, submit false information or use products contrary to applicable law and manufacturer information.

We may update these terms when the storefront, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
