What do TAMC and TYMC tell us?

TAMC is the total aerobic microbial count. TYMC is the total yeast and mould count. The vial reports describe their method as TAMC/TYMC bioburden testing; the cartridge reports call it TAMC / TYMC Microbial Detection using PetriFilm Plates. The reported observation for every submitted sample was no growth detected on both tests.

This is microbial enumeration testing, not a full sterility test. No growth detected is the report's observation, not a measured numerical zero or a promise about every vial or cartridge. The linked reports do not provide an endotoxin result for these four samples.

Standard and Premium cartridge reports

Both 3 mL cartridge samples showed no growth detected on TAMC and TYMC, with Pass recorded for each test. Verifi issued the Standard report on 23 September 2026 under 4ARZ2XJQ and the Premium report under F9G6YQ2H.

Standard and Premium differ in plunger format and sterilisation process. Those are product specifications; the independent microbial results are separate findings for the submitted samples. Both cartridge reports list Batch / Lot: Not set.

Standard 3 mL and 10 mL vial reports

We also submitted samples of the individually pouched Standard glass vials, which are sold in five-packs in either 3 mL or 10 mL sizes. Verifi's 3 mL report C2EF1BFE identifies sample PZ8N; the 10 mL report 9905E22D identifies sample APSQ. Both reports, issued on 4 October 2026, record no growth detected for TAMC and TYMC.

The Batch fields in these two reports use the product identifiers 3ml-sterile-vial and 10ml-sterile-vial; no separate manufacturer lot number is stated. The Premium EO-sterilised 3 mL ten-pack is a different listing with its own manufacturer batch report and was not one of these two independently tested vial samples.

Why publish the original reports?

A product listing can tell you the materials, packaging and specified processing. A report lets you see what an independent laboratory actually recorded for the sample it received. We publish the complete CoAs beside the relevant products so you can check the report number, sample identity, method, dates and individual results for yourself.

We will keep investing in testing and publishing the evidence we have. These four results belong to the identified samples and do not certify untested lots or future stock.
